What to write about
- Corrections. If something we published is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us and point at the source. We correct articles in place and say what changed. This is the email we most want to receive.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion, or anything else covered in our privacy policy.
- Writing for us. Practitioners with hands-on consent, analytics or compliance experience are welcome — see about for what we look for.
- Vendors. Product corrections and briefings are welcome. Note that placement is disclosed and never affects how we assess a tool.
What we cannot do
We do not give legal advice, and nothing we publish or reply is legal advice. We cannot tell you whether your specific setup is compliant in your jurisdiction — that is a question for a lawyer who can see your implementation and your contracts. What we can do is explain how the technology behaves and where implementations usually break.
